Abdula Naguib Elias was born in Tete in 1955.

After their studies in the College of St. Joseph of Tete, is the course of Construction in Maputo.

He continued his studies at the Fine Arts School in Lisbon and is training in Serigraphy Artist at the University of Cape Town and the Conservation and Restoration of works of art in the Kunst Museum in Cologne in Germany, and an internship in the Department of Visual Arts and scenic University of Northumbria in England.

In 1975, exactly one year after the independence of Mozambique, starts his artistic career.

Naguib is a founding member of the FDC (Foundation for Community Development) of the ASEM, the Movement of Artists Against Poverty, UNDP, 1 Artist 1 Gesto (Humanization of Hospitals). It is also founder and owner of Space Art - Space Literature.

He made several murals in the city of Maputo, including "Ode a Samora Machel, the Marginal in Maputo and "The pathways of water, the reservoir's water Maxaquene.

In 2006 was Visiting Professor at the University of São Paulo, Brazil.

Nhongwene

Artur Vicente Junior (Nhongwene) was born in 1978 in Luabo in Zambezia Province. He finished his secondary studies at the Josina Machel School in Maputo.

He started his artistic career in 2000 and has since then been a member of the Center for Art.
